Fine art prints are something I am experimenting with a bit as I’m adventuring into the gallery world more. I’m also experimenting a little with different types of fine art papers.
I just received these two prints from WHCC. They are printed on Torchon by Hahnemühle. This paper is pure cellulose watercolor paper with a distinct textured surface. The effect and look it gives to images like these I photographed while in Cannes, just adds so much quality to the print.
These were test prints so I can determine what size, what paper and which subjects to print to provide to the Springboard Arts Gallery so they can have more options available to clients.
All images in my galleries can be printed on fine art paper, by request. If you’re interested just let me know.
Pop up show
I’m also excited about an upcoming Pop-up show that I’ll be exhibiting in. It’s through a company I sell and lease some of my art with. Their client is hosting this as part of International Women’s Month and the opening of a relatively new building in Chicago. I’m not sure if I’ll have time, but I’m hoping I will be able to wander a bit inside and out to get some shots of it. I will have fine art prints as well as prints on metal and acrylic to display.
These images (and others) can be found in my galleries. If you’d like to own your very own fine art print, head over and see what’s available. The Rookery Stairs image is exclusively available at Springboard Arts.
